The County Council (CJ) issued a single permit<\/strong> for two wind projects: one in Deleni<\/strong> and the other in H\u00e2rl\u0103u<\/strong>. Behind these investments are powerful companies from outside Romania, with Iasi becoming a strategic point on the national map of renewable energy projects.<\/p>\n

Once the single permit is issued by the CJ, the wind projects are debated by the local council and then the local authority issues the building permit<\/strong>. Most likely, both in Deleni and H\u00e2rl\u0103u, the permits will be issued this autumn so that work could start in the first part of next year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Deleni project will be implemented by Deleni Wind Energy SRL <\/strong>(headquartered in Constanta)<\/em>, the company behind which Israel’s largest construction company: Shikun & Binui<\/strong>. The investment involves a total of 12 wind generating units with an individual power of up to 6 MW<\/strong> and a total power of up to 72 MW\/h.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the case of the H\u00e2rl\u0103u project, the current beneficiary is ACK Pa\u0219cani – this company also took the authorization steps for the Ruginoasa wind farm (work is being finalized) and the investment was subsequently taken over by a company owned by Ukrainian multi-billionaire Rinat Ahmetov.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

At H\u00e2rl\u0103u, 9 turbines will be installed in two stages: 6 initially and then 3 more. As APIX.ro has already reported, the turbines will be Siemens Gamesa<\/strong> type, with a tower height of 100 meters<\/strong> and a maximum total height of 185 meters, while the rotor diameter is 170 meters.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_zigzag]\t\t
